The Advisory Committee of UCWN looks forward to sharing the events we already have planned for 2020 with you. However, in order to refine our programming, please complete this preferences survey. It will help us understand what kinds of events you’d like UCWN to present.

First, we’d like to know a little about you: why you joined, what you hope to get out of the club, what you like and don’t like, and what we can do to better serve your needs.
We also have a host of new ideas. We’d like to hear your reaction to them, as well as any ideas that you have!
Please complete the survey by March 15, 2020. Its three sections are easy to complete in approximately 10 to 15 minutes (about 5 minutes each). You can do it in three separate sessions over time if you wish. However, Survey Monkey does not retain your answers if you stop within a 10-question section (identified as UCWN_1, UCWN_2, UCWN_3), so please complete each section before stopping. No answers are required, but we’d like you to answer as much as possible. To that end, we’ve left lots of room for comments.
Except as noted in the survey, you won’t be personally identified in the reporting. (Answers are reported in the aggregate.)
