Their uplifting models of doing, writing, speaking, and evolving will lead us off into a sharing of each of our own dreams and practices that bring joy into our lives! Each speaker has 15 minutes each so we will have time to share our own activities around the table.

With Special Guests
ViVi (Virginia) Hlavsa, recognized for “Most Outstanding Contribution by a Senior Citizen,” will be reading from her poetry book, “ReVersing,” a collection of her amazing reflective self and universal biographical poems. At the end of the program, ViVi will sign her any books sold (discount price of $10). Read full bio here.
Deborah Zuill, who realized her youthful dream of becoming an ordained minister (in her 70s) and is serving as pastor of a Saugerties church and her portrayal of Sojourner Truth for living history programs. Read full bio here.
Details, details
Registration is $5 for UCWN members and $10 for non-members. UCWN members must successfully log in in order to receive the member price. Registration is requested to enable the venue to prepare the tables for the number expected. Of course, drop ins will be accommodated. If you pay at the door, please bring correct change cash or pay with a check made to Ulster County Women’s Network. Paying online is secure; we do not store credit card information on our site. Consider joining UCWN as a member for $25 annually and then be eligible for the $5 reduced rate registration fee.

Directions and Parking: On the waterfront of Kingston’s Strand in Rondout near the Maritime Museum. Parking available at the restaurant and across the street from the Maritime Museum.
