As we age our world changes in many ways – both positive and negative.  We may have more time for family, friends, hobbies, and travel as well as suffer losses such as children moving away, death of family and friends, retirement and sense of identity, and health.  These changes bring the challenge of  finding new ways to be in the world, prior coping strategies that don’t work as well, as well as exciting opportunities for growth and renewal.  Join us as we discuss some of the exciting new discoveries from neuroscience as well and learn how we can become more creative, innovative, and heart centered in the Third Act of our Lives.

Leslie Malin is a licensed Clinical Social Worker for 40 years and has worked with thousands of people as a psychotherapist, Life Transition Coach, and as a seminar leader for public groups, corporations, nonprofits and small business.  She maintains a private psychotherapy and coaching practice in Kingston and is the published author of several books, including “Cracked Open: Reflections on the Transformative Power of Failure, Fear and Doubt”.
