This month we are fortunate to offer two presenters to discuss the interrelated issues of health and money: Mary Ann Hayes and Susan Diamond.
Mary Ann Hayes speaks on “Ways to Improve Your Immune System.”
Mary Ann Hayes believes that right now it is especially important to build a healthy immune system. We need all the help we can get. Mary Ann will discuss steps that we can take to strengthen our immune systems, with deep breathing, meditation, proper sleep, nutrition, and supplementation. She will make recommendations of supplementation to help towards a healthy immune system.

We are building a healthier life for everyone and a better life for anyone.
She finds peace and wellness through deep breathing, Reiki, meditation, nutrition and supplementation.
Over the years, Mary Ann has expanded her business, focused on helping others on their journey to good health and wellness.
Susan Diamond then speaks on “Conquering Your Money Mindset in These Uncertain Times.”
Our mindset affects how we manage our money, and our emotional connection to money drives how we make key financial decisions every day. Learn how to become the author of your money story to overcome financial stress and anxiety and create a winning money mindset.
Susan Diamond is a purpose-driven financial consultant who is passionate about women’s economic empowerment and committed to philanthropy. She teamed up with the Power Forward Group, a full service financial planning team lead by an estate planning attorney, to help women achieve true financial success, so they can live their best life.
Susan entered the financial field not, as an economist or a financial planner, but as a social worker who was interested in attitudes and emotional reactions to money. For over three decades, Susan has worked in various capacities with nonprofit organizations, including as a board member, executive director, volunteer, and trusted advisor.
As the founder of the Empow{Her} Community, Susan helps women expand their money mindset and confidence concerning their finances, so they can reduce stress, release the shame, take control, and learn the needed skills to be confident with money. Her goal is to get as many women talking about money as she can, because when women are stronger financially, everyone’s better off.
Susan serves as a director on the YWCA Ulster County and New Paltz Community Foundation boards, and Girls, Inc. Ulster & Dutchess County Advisory Committee.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College, a Masters degree in Social Work from Fordham University, is a certified American Association of University Women (AAUW) salary negotiation workshop facilitator, an #IamRemarkable Facilitator (Google initiative), and a Licensed Insurance Agent.
