Let’s face it — we’ve all been stuck at home over the last year and we’re all weary of the same-old in the kitchen.
This talk and live demo will show how easy it is to combine fresh produce with natural ready-made sauces and other convenient ingredients available in most supermarkets. The result is amazingly tasty and fast plant-based dinners that can be on the table in no time! We’ll also discuss the benefits — both ethical and environmental — of adopting a plant-based diet.
Nava dedicates her program to Joanne Michaels, a former member of UCWN, who passed away from Covid-19 in November of last year. Joanne was a huge contributor to life in the Hudson Valley! Read her obituary in the Daily Freeman here.
