These mixed-level classes focus on the anatomy, alignment, strength, and flexibility needed for good posture. Project confidence, breathe easier, and age more gracefully. These four, 75-minute sessions address the spine and core, shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle, and their integration with breath and movements of daily living. Optimal posture is discussed and experienced with yoga asana.

This series may relieve text neck, dowager’s hump, sway back, or back pain. Increase your ability to assess and improve your posture. Reserve your space now.
